La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, en pleno centro a pocos metros de la zona peatonal. Nuestro baño era de gran tamaño, aunque la presión de la ducha era baja y los grifos de los lavabos poco funcionales (salpican todo al mínimo descuido). La cama es cómoda, aunque justa de tamaño (Queen). Habitaciones limpias y seguras. Buen precio para el servicio de Valet parking ($300) en comparación con los parkings aledaños. Bajo ningún concepto es un hotel 5* La ventana daba hacia el patio común (poca privacidad). Desayuno con muy poca variedad y tampoco calidad. Nos cobraron hasta la cápsula de café que utilizamos de la habitación para desayunar ya que el café del desayuno no nos gustaba ($30). Tampoco me gustó el estacionamiento ya que nos dijeron que era techado y vigilado pero al día siguiente nos devolvieron el coche goteado de la lluvia y con barro en las partes bajas (evidentemente durmió en exterior en una descampado de tierra).

Book the hotel
Great stay! Perfect location. Cesar checked us in early and gave us a free room upgrade. Rooftop bar had great drinks and great views. Would definitely stay there again.

I am glad I picked this hotel and I definitely recommend it for staying within walking distance to El Centro, Restaurants, Shopping, Mercado de Artesanías, banks, ATM’s…Excellent service from the time we walked in! Estrella at front desk and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great communication prior to arrival. The rooms were nice and the whole property super clean, the breakfast was ok and included. Amazing rooftop with nice views and pool. Would stay again!

Staying at Hotel Madi was a smooth, personalized, and truly amazing experience. During our visit, there was a local parade and several street closures due to cherished festivities—something very special to the town. Despite the challenges, the valet service was outstanding and managed everything seamlessly. The room was beautiful, and the thoughtful snacks available at your fingertips were a lovely detail. The pool, though quiet, offered stunning views, and the bartender kept the delicious drinks flowing—don’t miss the Aperol Spritz! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect stay right in the heart of San Miguel.
